Fiscal positions

A fiscal position remaps which ledger account an invoice or vendor bill posts to, for whichever customers or vendors it's assigned to. Assigning one to a contact has no screen yet — for now it needs a direct database update (ask Nasir). Only account remapping is supported today; tax rate/category remapping is not yet built.
