Country tax rates
A real, editable reference table — adding a country here needs no code change or deploy. This does not yet drive live tax posting anywhere in the app; Organization.taxRegime (UAE VAT / India GST / Pakistan Sales Tax) remains what quotations, invoices, and reports actually use. This is the first step: a real place to add new countries and see their rates, before wiring any of them into a live document.
Read-only for your organisation. This table is shared across every Mizo customer, so only Mizo's own platform administrators can add or change a rate here — the same restriction as System health.
