A dine-in order needs a table. A table with an open order cannot be reused until that order is settled or cancelled.
Receipt printer & cash drawer
One network printer per location. The cash drawer has no network connection of its own — it wires into the printer, which relays the "open" pulse.

Kitchen ticket printers & print agent
A kitchen station with its own printer gets a ticket with just its dishes when an order is sent. Printers on the restaurant's own network need a print agent: a small program on an always-on computer in the restaurant that collects print jobs from Mizo. Once an outlet has one, all its printing goes through it.
