Mapping rules

Each rule turns a take-off group into a BOQ line. Category must match exactly (not case-sensitive); type and material, when filled, match if the text appears anywhere in the name. The most specific matching rule wins. Factor multiplies the measure — 1.05 adds 5% wastage, 0.001 turns kg into tonnes.
