Work center performance

OEE = availability × performance × quality, over work orders finished from 2026-09-07 to 2026-10-07. Availability = productive minutes / elapsed minutes (start to finish, pauses included) — time lost to breakdowns, shortages, waiting. Performance = planned minutes / productive minutes, capped at 100% — running slower than the routing says. Quality = good units / (good + scrapped) of the orders those work orders belong to. A factor with nothing to measure shows “—”, and then OEE does too — never 100% by default. Queued minutes = planned minus already logged on open work orders; days of load = queued minutes / the center's minutes per day (hours per day × capacity).
